Ricotta cheese on rice crackers..I enjoy them..my DH calls the crackers cardboard and it's true they are a bit dry and uninteresting but topped with ricotta changes everything and even a little extra flavouring, like just now I had a slice of turkey...shades of Christmas dinner there! Please pass the Cranberry Sauce, yum!

My new favorite snack right now are Baked Cheetos. Man are those things addicting. I get the party/family sized bag, and it's not a pretty sight. Well, actually it's probably an odd sight because I can't stand getting my fingers all cheesy. I use chop sticks to eat my Cheetos.
